At Earl of East, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home fragrance and lifestyle products. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Email our customer care team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a unique return authorization code.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original, unused condition and include the original packaging to ensure the products are protected during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our London studio.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
