All Earl of East candles and home fragrance products are hand-poured and created in small batches at our studio in London, UK, using high-quality ingredients and eco-friendly soy wax.
What is the estimated shipping time for my order?
Standard shipping within the UK typically takes 3-5 business days. International shipping times vary by location, usually ranging from 7-14 business days depending on customs processing.
Do you offer a returns policy for home goods?
Yes, we offer a 14-day return policy for unused and unopened items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, personal care items and opened candles cannot be returned.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Absolutely. We are committed to ethical production. All of our products are 100% vegan, cruelty-free, and we do not use any animal-derived ingredients in our formulations.
How can I ensure the best burn for my Earl of East candle?
To prevent tunneling, always ensure the first burn allows the wax to melt to the edge of the jar. Trim the wick to 5mm before every burn to maintain a clean, steady flame.
